The District Manager of Builder Services is accountable for total management of all assigned region Contractor sales and service functions. This includes the development and execution of business plans for the assigned territory that are consistent with regional and corporate objectives. This position is responsible to plan and administer the sales service and Builder recruitment processes and procedures to assure that the various annual objectives are met or exceeded for the assigned territory. This position must provide leadership to the various contractor and commercial distribution channel resources in the assigned territory to assure that all regional service functions and their schedules are executed with a degree of quality and reliability of results, that are in accordance with customer needs and expectations.
NATURE AND SCOPE
The Presidential District Manager is accountable to the VP & Sales Manager for the successful commercial execution in the assigned region or territory assuring total commercial services (both technical and non-technical) for the region, and to assure the attainment of the annual sales and recruitment goals. Strong product knowledge and human relation skills are essential to this position. The successful District Manager must maintain an excellent working relationship with Builders, peer managers, department supervisors, and all service center support resources.
The incumbent will manage and represent Presidential Buildings in individual sessions, group conference on contractor sites or service center tours to resolve important questions/issues relating to all commercial opportunities and Builder services.
The District Manager maintains liaison with individuals and units at contractor locations within the assigned territory with responsibility for acting effectively on all commercial services related to sales or marketing actions or objectives within the assigned territory. This position requires extensive experience with pre-engineered building systems estimating, product features, and customer service processes and procedures for a metal building system solution. At least five years of experience and a Bachelors Degree or equivalent are pre-requisites to this position.
